What you have to do is simple. At any point in time, you can make a submission for this problem. All you need to submit is a single file with anything on it (not blank). The closer the Graded Time of your submission is to a certain predefined time Osu Time, the more points your submission will get. To get 100 points for this problem, your submission's Graded Time must be very close to Osu Time.
